Thank you, Francis. Definitely sign up for either movement disciplines. Learning to move naturally is beneficial, especially as we get older.

Instead of waiting for motivation – sign up, pay in advance and you will feel compelled to turn up for training and make the best of the course. At least that’s how I approach many things. If I know I want something enough, I try to take action before my fears and insecurities talk me out of it. Hahaha.
